The (AVMM) executes visual merchandising directives and provides guidance and direction for merchandise presentations in all assigned stores and for all park events.
Responsible for partnering with the Visual Merchandising Manager (VMM), to create, develop, and execute compelling customer experiences in all allocated stores.
This position participates in managing any related operational expenses including; operating supplies, tools, visual supplies (mannequins, in-
store selling tools), and graphic signage needs.
Ensure the professional, safe, and efficient execution of Visual Merchandising directives
This position will be closely collaborating with the VMM to develop new and innovative merchandising techniques and high quality guest presentations
The AVMM makes critical product placement decisions in partnership with the VMM, Merchandise Manager / product category management team and Retail Operations Manager to improve revenue generation
The AVMM will ensure the most productive product turn, maintain a full presentation in all stores, and continually keep the stores 'fresh' with new product as shipments arrive
Responsible for executing engaging visual merchandising presentations for all stores
Have awareness of key strategic business initiatives for the retail division

Assist in managing emergency situations that may arise in order to minimize possible damage, loss or injury to any guests, colleagues or company property
Display a friendly, helpful and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with our guests and fellow colleagues in order to support the Farah Vision, core values and core service standards
Represent and promote Farah in a positive manner at all times in order to maintain a professional brand image to all concerned stakeholders
Listen actively and respond to guest feedback as well as assess and review guest satisfaction index results and trends in order to continuously improve and exceed guest expectations
Enforce leisure facility rules and provide crowd control in a friendly manner throughout the areas as necessary in order to ensure the guest s safety and an enjoyable experience
Performs other reasonable duties as requested by senior management
To be considered for this role, you will need to have :
High secondary education or equivalent
Retail product merchandising experience in theme parks / hospitality / retail
Fundamental understanding of retail theories and standards, product merchandising, and product visual displays
1-2 years visual merchandising experience
Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language
Ability to monitor and identify problems proactively. Understanding of how best to utilize all resources available to quickly and effectively solve problems as they occur and with a strong sense of urgency
Multitasking skills - Ability to work in a fast paced, fun, and busy environment managing multiple deadlines
Proficiency in other languages a plus
