The Partnerships Lead for Dubai role provides an incredible opportunity for a motivated individual to establish WorldFirst's presence in the Middle East.
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships EMEA, you will be accountable for building the acquisition strategy and team to engage with affiliate partnerships and SME corporate & eCommerce clients in Dubai.
Examples of Key responsibilities :
Develop and execute a strategy to engage local partners, eCommerce merchants and SME corporate clients to discuss our business capabilities while achieving acquisition targets
Ensuring you and your team are up to date with the latest products and services to proficiently discuss these with potential partners and corporate clients while representing WorldFirst with the utmost professionalism & integrity
Generate revenue through team building, strategic planning, goal attainment, and engaging with new key channel partners and corporate clients to our business
Act as liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating collaboration to ensure the success of the client relationships
Stay informed on all relevant industry trends, the competitive landscape and customer needs, representing the company with the upmost professionalism and integrity at various industry trade shows and conferences, client meetings, promotional activities, and networking events
Ensure awareness of necessary compliance regulations.
Key Capabilities :
A track record of engaging with affiliate partners and corporate relationships. The candidate will be passionate about achieving high levels of excellence
Experience in the Fintech or FX industries preferred
Experience in educatingpartners about product portfolio and service offerings
Outstanding presentation and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with customer and staff at all levels
A desire to manage and develop a team is essential
Ability to work collaboratively with others and get the best out of the team
