  • Managethe arrangement for all internal and external meetings, Receptionof VIP visitors and auditors and participate in events, conferencesand meetings, prepare, approve and distribute minutes of meetingand follow up the recommendations.
  • Coordinatethe activities of the CEO’s office and ensure the imageof the office is presentable to the outside world.
  • Manage office resources in controlling incoming andoutgoing correspondence to and from the CEO's Office andgetting approval of the CEO.
  • Initiate officialcorrespondence( written and electronic) and get approval of theCEO.
  • Review and approve all outgoing andincoming correspondences to the CEO.
  • Ensureconfidentiality of all work, information and data andcorrespondence handled.
  • Interface withbusiness units, departments and Director General office and ensureall communications are distributed effectively andon-time.
  • Ensure the implementation ofCEO’s office policies and procedures, in addition toapplying the unified frame for CEO offices in RTA.
  • Assign and prioritize work in keeping with staff skilllevels, workloads and completion time frames, and monitor progressof staff.
  • Organize all meetings withdepartment directors to update on departments' performancein handling CEO instructions
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration ormanagement from a recognized university.
  • 7years of relevant experience.
  • Highlyanalytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying,scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex workprocesses.
  • Computer-literate performer withextensive software proficiency covering wide variety ofapplications.
  • Exceptional listener andcommunicator who effectively conveys information verbally and inwriting.
  • Resourceful team player who excels atbuilding trusting relationships with customers andcolleagues.
  • Flexible team player who thrivesin environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize andjuggle multiple concurrent projects.
