Admin Assistant -Recruitment
This position isresponsible for supporting the Human Resources department inRecruitment and other assigned areas whennecessary.
Key Responsibilities :
1. ApplicationHandling : Employment requests are acknowledged within48 hours.Every applicant receives a personalized response to theirapplication.
Every applicant receives a final response to theiremployment request.
2. Recruitmentwebsites :
All vacancies are posted.Thehotel page of the recruitment website is up-to-date and wellmaintained.
3. On-boarding : Allnew joiners are personally welcomed and necessary paperworkcompleted in an organized and efficient manner.
New joiner startingdates are communicated and coordinated with the respective HODs andthe Training department.
4 . Administration : Everyemployee has a complete employee file.
All declinedapplications are filed.Employees are welcomed to the HumanResources office in a warm and friendly manner.
Additional objectives and responsibilities can be added atany time, depending on the need of the business andhotel.
