There is currently c.80 employees in the MENA region, with exciting plans to grow rapidly in the next 18 months. Therefore, the HR team need a permanent resource to provide support on all graduate and experienced hiring activities.
This role will focus predominantly on supporting the recruitment efforts for our MENA region (UAE and KSA), with end-to-end recruitment responsibilities of candidates.
Reporting to the HR & Recruitment Advisor, this role would suit an experienced Recruitment Coordinator who works either in-house, for an agency and wants to gain more exposure in a growing international organisation.

Building and managing agency or direct candidate relationships
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including :
liaising with candidates / agencies and interviewers to schedule interviews (book zooms or rooms, send invites / confirmations
ensuring a smooth candidate experience
gathering and collating feedback from interviewers in a timely manner
presenting the business case to our CEO for offer approval and managing the offer process
Support with the onboarding experience for candidates, ensuring a smooth induction into the company
preparing weekly (and ad hoc) reporting for the Leadership Team
Support recruitment projects and initiatives in the region and globally when requiredDesirable Requirements
Well-rounded education. A Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable
Prior experience within a recruitment function (either agency or inhouse) is essential
Strong communicator (both oral and written) with the ability to build solid professional relationships with internal stakeholders of all levels, as well as with candidates
Very strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and independently
Agility and flexibility to succeed in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities
IT literate, proficiency with MS Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
