  • Call customers 2-3 days before day of delivery to get confirmation before deliveries are send out ,& maintain a record for the same.
  • Coordinate with outbound / warehouse team to get the items ready to be sent to feeder 1-2 days before day of delivery for priority customers (applicable for Feeder Warehouse)
  • Confirm final scheduling a day before the delivery date which will include pending, previous postpones and express deliveries (applicable for Feeder Warehouse)
  • Ensure night loading is completed for next day’s deliveries. Maintain 100% accuracy in terms of correct cartons getting loaded in the vehicle.
  • Sending Night loading report as a part of daily activity

  • Supervise pending connection and coordinate with teams involved in this process.
  • Ensure successful completion of day to day deliveries as per plan / schedule without complaint and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate efficiently with key stakeholders (Customer, Customer care Centre, Store, Delivery crew) at transactional level to achieve the above objective.
  • Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System for all transactions in a timely fashion & periodic follow ups until the issue is resolved.
  • Delivery Order (DO) modification at invoice, team & truck level as per requirement, & DO closure on same day if Proof of Delivery Device usage is hindered.
  • DO closing report to be send as a part of daily activity.

  • Create Work orders under appropriate headers as per requirement & work order closure on the same day.
  • Ensure that pending / damage is planned and closed with in stipulated time.
  • Monitor issue closure (open transactions made in CRM) periodically to ensure all requests & complaints are addressed in a timely fashion.
  • Record CTD (delivery crew incentive scheme) exceptions, justify CTD eligibility & follow up on CTD approval with the central team on a daily basis (Applicable for Feeder Warehouse)
  • Ensure Zero discrepancy of inventory from a delivery point of view.
  • Coordinate with Fleet team for timely servicing and repair.
