edge content design and usability Euromonitors clients include the world s major multinationals banks consultancies libraries and business schools Brief Overview of the role The Account Manager plays an important role at Euromonitor Their responsibility is to maintain grow and develop our relationship with academic public sector organisations residing in the Middle East region Working from a named list of existing clients who have purchased subscriptions in the local region BDAMs are expected to expand the value of our current partnerships by further entrenching our data and analysis with current and new users By understanding why clients use and need our information the BDAM will be able to recommend the services best fit for their needs which may include expanding their current subscription or engaging with our consulting team The BDAM primarily wears four hats Partnership builder and business developerA tough but fair negotiatorA team playerA Euromonitor expertYou will also be responsible for targeting new Academic organisations across your territory You will be a highly self-

motivated sales professional with a proven track record for selling in the business-to-business arena or a recent graduate looking to start a career in sales Graduates will be given full training You ll have the tenacity drive commercial awareness and persuasiveness to find the right contact understand the clients issues and match and apply the benefits in your solution You will often need to involve several stakeholders both internally and externally in different locations across the target organisations so strong networking and organisation skills as well as an understanding of purchasing dynamics This role is office based with travel as required to meet clients across the territory Key responsibilities Product KnowledgeUnderstand and succinctly explain all of Euromonitor s databases as well as consulting capabilitiesClient Organization UnderstandingBuilding relationships creating a deeper network inside client organizations with consistent and proactive dialogue with multiple decision makersFrequently challenge clients to constructively broaden their perspectiveSales ProcessResponsible for securing contract renewals and an annual upsell target Expanding our contacts beyond existing sources developing a tailored value proposition for various areas within an organizationPresenting a benefit-
