  • Implementing annual HR initiatives to support the Companies strategic objectives.
  • Deliver all 4 quadrants of HR -Serve as an employee advocate, functional expert, change agent and business partner.
  • Represent HR function on the location leadership team engaging on strategic direction for facility and management of strategic direction, profitability, and performance goals.
  • Drive talent agenda at the respective function and provide opportunity for local talents.
  • Lead and support Organization Health and Diversity & Engagement in Operations
  • Manage UAE Snacks business locations across emirates ensuring optimal engagement and two-way communication
  • Co-coordinating the implementation of performance management initiatives as well as Organization Development programs as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain positive employee relations to create strong employee engagement
  • Identification, co-ordination and assistance with the execution of the corporate training strategy at all levels.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward company goals.
  • Ensuring sound industrial relations are built and maintained by facilitating the resolution of disputes, negotiating with the employees at the location level , chairing employees meetings, ensuring substantive and procedural fairness in disciplinary matters, representing the Company at the different Govt.
  • forums and ensuring adherence to agreements and procedures, and liaising with the Company Attorneys as deemed appropriate.

  • Developing recruitment specifications and recommendations through the efficient sourcing of high caliber candidates and co-ordination of the Company assessment center.
  • Project management of HR programs, key initiatives and other exercises occurring on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Facilitate the communication at all levels thus furthering the strategy of owning the hearts and minds .
  • To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the OH&S Management System (MS) at area of responsibility.

    Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Both English & Arabic Language Proficiency is a must
  • 5 years of Experience in HR or a relevant field
  • Good knowledge of the business and excellent functional skills
  • Strong Thinking Skills, analytical mindset and Strategic Focus
  • Expert in productive communication with excellent collaboration skills
  • Team player with influencing & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage conflict and challenges
  • Results driven
  • Innovative mindset and ability to think outside the box
  • Relocation Eligible : Not Eligible for Relocation
