Employment Full Time eMagine Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sales Executive to join an industry leading media ab nd technology provider Due to exponential growth theyre now looking for a talented personable and driven individual to join the growing Business Development team You should be a natural people person and be keen to learn with the hunger and drive to succeed Key Responsibilities This is a B2B sales role Meet and exceed sales targets The key function will be generating and qualifying sales leads Emailing calling key decision makers and networking online in order to schedule demos and meetings for senior members of the team Communicate and articulate complex solutions effectively Liaise closely with marketing to proactively follow up every inbound lead and make suggestions on future campaigns Managing the SalesForce Leads section inputting correct data Represent the company at trade shows and industry networking events as required The aptitude to understand the business and the competitive landscape Analyse market trends and discover new opportunities for growth Report to and work with the Business Development Director on a daily basis Salary AED 3 500 to 4 500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances Additional benefits 5 10k AED Commissions Per Month OTE REQUIREMENTS Two years experience in a similar role First class communication skills Excellent commercial business acumen Tech savvy with excellent IT skills across MS Office and SalesForce Highly organised efficient and capable of managing and prioritising a diverse workload Personal attributes Sales hunter by nature Entrepreneurial Problem solver with cando attitude Works well as part of a team and on own initiative Trustworthy Excellent interpersonal skills Confident and social personality Determined proactive and energetic Benefits Competitive Base Salary Uncapped Commissions
