Job role Sales Business Development 1 Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization 2 Follow up new and existing business opportunities setting up meetings and having successful presentations 3 Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers 4 Prequalify and register the company with leading shopping malls real estate agencies developers 5 Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets in accordance with the business plan 6 Negotiating and closing commercial agreements 7 Communicate clearly and work with team to develop proposals and requirements for the client 8 Manage clients expectations through liaison with internal departments keeping clients updated on project developments and building sustainable long term business relationships 9 Coordinate and follow with teammates to meet the agreed timeframes 10 Liaising with PM s to ensure all necessary steps are being taken to secure payments 11 Responsible for the collection of own project payments 12 Update management fortnightly basis on the sales enquiry developments and expectations 13 Reports should be based on following main KPIs a Lead Flow b Number of Qualified Opportunities Created c Monthly Conversion Rate targets achieved
