Job Description

  • Assist the Digital Transformation team in the initial implementation of the system in coordination with the service provider
  • Attend regular meetings with the service provider and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the system
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors for the implementation of the system in new projects, which includes requirements gathering, configuration updates, user creation and access management
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of an internal communications and training plan, and support the delivery of communications and training
  • Training of users (internal as well as external), which includes coordination, scheduling, training delivery both online and class room based at HQ and other project offices as and when required
  • Regularly monitor the performance of end users and audit the system to ensure quality and to enforce compliance with procedures
  • Qualification and Expertise :

  • Preferably from Engineering background with experience in information management space preferably with construction project management consultants or real estate developers
  • Previous experience in electronic document management system / online collaboration system (such as Asite, Aconex, BIW, etc) admin and training will be an added advantage, but not a must.
  • The candidate must be a quick learner of new systems and processes.

    Language Skills :

  • Well versed in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
