Reporting to the Strategic Initiative Team, the CIR will be responsible for accomplishing a variety of strategic sales development related tasks.
To excel in this role, the individual must be comfortable prospecting, researching online and calling prospects to gather strategic information.
Going through the entire CRM universe to update, verify, and sanitise data.
Conduct strategic research to acquire key information to set the sales development team up for success.
Work closely with the entire sales organization to accelerate the sales cycle at the top of the sales funnel.
Use to maintain and report on CIR activity and metrics.
Fully-understand and articulate all Bayzat products & services.
Internalize the Bayzat mission and vision.
Participate in regular company and office meetings to share progress, identify blockers and drive resolution.

Should have a strong ability to search for, locate, extract, organise, evaluate and use or present information that is relevant to a particular topic.
Not only should the candidate be able to speak fluent
English, they need to be able to hold a conversation well and articulate their thoughts well.
They should have a unique identity about them, and this should shine through. We will be gauging how they are able to express
themselves about something they are passionate about and attempt to steer them away from prepared answers towards more natural conversation.
An individual cannot be successful in this role unless they have a high level of confidence.
A CIR role can be stressful, and a lot of candidates will give up easily. Each SDA faces far more No’s than Yes’s. This role needs resilient people who can go through multiple unsuccessful calls and rejections in search of those rare Yes’s.
