reaching benefits do not come from an unthinking compliance mindset but from a knowledgeable questioning imaginative and insightful approach The foundation of the service we deliver is the natural blend of compliance and value We are experts in the application of audit methodology and audit techniques and use our expertise to bring precision and economy to our clients audit Job Description We are looking for individuals to join UAE s rapidly developing Assurance practice at Senior Manager level The role is to be the lead manager of the audit of a large Group operating locally and internationally The group activity is well diversified and includes hospitality real estate telecom and private equity This role will provide you with Experience in Real Estate industryExperience of leading a highly prestigious accountExposure to senior management and partners of the firmExposure to current thinking in Corporate Governance and Risk ManagementLeading implementer for International Financial Reporting StandardsExposure to high profile complex and judgmental issues Qualifications Requirements CA ACCA CPA qualified with broad ranging audit experience including planning controlling and completing a diverse range of assignmentsAble to work autonomously without the need for day to day directionExperienced in supervising and developing teams of staffBilingual in Arabic and English an advantageAbility to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levelsStrong project management skills and experience of working on large group auditsA grounding in International Accounting Standards including IFRSSarbanes Oxley experience is also advantageous however not essential Responsibilities You will have a lead management role on the audit of a large group operating locally and internationally You will provide coordination between group management and subsidiaries auditorsYou will prepare various report client service plan audit status report report to the audit committee special report on debt compliance You will gain exposure to working on a wide variety of clients operating within the same group and potentially allow you the opportunity to gain exposure to special work You will also be involved with training managing and appraising staffYou will oversee reviews of accounting policiesYou will be focused and initiative driven required to maximise growth potential You will be able to work autonomously without the need for day to day direction
