As a Senior Manager at Publicis Sapient you will play a leadership role in developing innovative strategies to improve business performance for our clients.
This individual will work on a broad range of projects to develop business, operating, and technology strategies. This individual should assume the role of the client’s trusted advisor and drive innovative strategies to improve business performance.

Business Problem Solving Take ambiguous and complex business problems and using research and business assessment capabilities, define the problem, drive innovative ideas, define the opportunity set, and recommend actionable next steps.
Informed Business Decision Making - Bring rigour a client’s decision making process by performing detailed cost / benefit analysis, presenting and evaluating solution options, and driving consensus among key stakeholders.
In some instances, we help our clients develop new decision frameworks and governance processes that continue to deliver value far beyond a particular engagement.
Solution Planning - Define, scope and plan new solutions for clients. This includes determining how to measure business results, modelling current / future business processes, gathering business requirements and identifying the organisational changes required to successfully realize the benefits of the solution.
Primary Responsibilities :
Problem identification, structuring work streams and engagement planning
Managing key tracks of work (including other individuals) in accordance with established budget, work plans and quality standards
Develop and apply conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches
Lead client interviews and workshops
Lead the gathering and prioritization of business requirements based upon business and user needs and technology capabilities
Lead financial analysis and business case development
Conduct secondary research, data collection and market / competitor analyses
Review, document and assess client operations
Develop and present solutions and recommendations
Produce requirements documentation according to project needs
Create strong working relationships with clients in business and IT roles
Support business development activities including client proposals
Work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams with user experience, creative and technical team-mates
Support practice development activities including recruiting & community building

Experience Guidelines :
Ideally, 8 + years consulting experience (or equivalent) with ideally, at least 5 year of managing clients. Ability to understand, communicate, and manage across the entire project life cycle
Ability to structure and plan business analysis and change management tracks for large projects / programs
Ability to interact confidently and effectively with senior clients
Experience leading teams and motivating others to take action
Strong experience in process mapping and process redesign
Broad knowledge of technology trends and relevance to client’s business
Ability to apply technology in an appropriate way to meet business requirements
Creativity with an eye to developing new and innovative solutions

Experience conducting primary and secondary research & analysis

Significant travel may be required as much of the work is done at the client site.
Omni-channel commerce experience :
Ideally the individual will have experience of omni-channel commerce programmes, enabling online selling via desktop, mobile and tablet, and in-
store devices. Knowledge of fulfillment, customer service and in-store operations is also desirable.
Ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or have equivalent industry experience.
Flexibility and mobility is required to deliver this role as there may be requirements to spend time onsite with our clients to enable delivery of the first class services we pride ourselves in.
