Job Key Details : The role of the Digital Marketing Executive is to support the Ecommerce Manager on the execution of a region-specific digital strategy that drives traffic, grows sales, enhances customer experience, and builds brand awareness across MAF LEC brands.

This role will work closely with teams and agencies to assist with the optimization of acquisition channels, conversion paths and website performance while creating and maintaining reports, notes, analysis and research.

Role Details Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities : Strategy & Planning Assist with the execution of the ecommerce strategyAdministrate digital acquisition channels with a focus on SEO, PPC, display / remarketing and affiliatesCoordinate teams to help execute strategies that increase conversion and retention ratesOptimize customer acquisition strategies across regions and countriesHelp execute on ground digital marketing activationsContent management and administration across regions, create and edit content pages and landing pages, ensuring timely and accurate updating of the online platformsLiaise with wider team to ensure effective campaign planning, delivery, and analysis Response Management Assist with Digital / Ecommerce issue resolution : liaise with internal and external partners to resolve and identify improvement initiativesMonitor and respond to customer reviews / queries received on owned and third-party channels such as TripAdvisor, google play and apple store reviewsAssist ecommerce team with testing, QA, content uploadingTake campaign briefs, write contact reports, liaise across teams to effectively communicate performance Reports and Market trends Submit and track purchase orders and invoicesOngoing reporting, tracking and analysis of performance and user behavior using analytics tools, market insights and competitive analysisMonitor digital trends, evaluate business opportunities and recommend new initiativesContinuous market research and digital / ecommerce benchmarking of leading entertainment destinations and other related businesses.

Analyse ecommerce reports across all VOX Cinemas, identify areas of improvement to enhance customer experience and engagementDefinition of Success Support web projects, including websites and web applications, online tools, interactive media, and digital marketing campaigns across Leisure, Entertainment & Cinemas brands.

Launch new builds and brandsKPI optimization (conversion rate, revenue, ROAS) across various channels for Leisure, Entertainment & Cinemas.

Support E-Comm revenue : 900M AEDHoldings & SHARE : Support MAF Loyalty & Holding initiativesiEAT & F&BConversion driving campaigns & functionality : Use case & deliverableA / B testing : Support testing & roll outJob Qualifications and Experience : Good knowledge of digital and ecommerce design, development & campaignsGood knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practicesExperience with SEO / SEM, Google Analytics and CRM softwareOther Context (if applicable) : Performs any additional adhoc requests as and when requested by the Line Manager and / or Head of Department.
