Job Details :

Position Title : Establishment Manager

Reports To : Senior Operations Manager

Department : KidZania

Job Purpose :

The job holder oversees implementation of functions, standards in services and image set in every establishment, monitors the movement of staff, materials, supplies, uniforms and equipments.

Ensures smooth execution of the activities and provides excellent experience to kids of all ages and general guests

Key Accountabilities :

  • Oversees the activities and functions of each establishment by doing random checks and gives feedback to the coordinators and staff
  • Elaborates the revisions in the process flow or updates team on new or closed establishments and assigns staff appropriately during peak times or special events
  • Oversees the staff schedules and prepares coordinator schedules for operations and Management
  • Manages inventory of supplies, materials, uniform and other needs of each establishment
  • Ensures all maintenance issues are reported on time for 100% functionality of establishments and strives to eliminate risks
  • Approves purchase requisitions based on cost analysis
  • Generates attendance reports, benchmarking for management review
  • Schedules timely meetings with Coordinators and / or staff to address issues or situations, customer complaints and take corrective action or make recommendations for resolutions
  • Oversees accountability of Kidzos at every register and the amounts balance
  • Coordinates with Human Resources for staff related issues
  • Interviews potential staff, oversees training and development, conducts appraisals and performance reviews
  • Oversees first aid requirements
  • Aims to achieve birthday party sales targets and oversees the team performance
  • Adherence to Policies and Procedures :

  • Behaves in line with the Code of Conduct Policy and adheres to the applicable company policies and procedures
  • Complies with health & safety policies
  • Job Context :

    The job holder works closely with the Operations, Procurement, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Content to achieve the establishment requirements

    Qualifications, Experience & Skills :

    Qualifications :

  • Masters / Bachelors degree in relevant discipline / industry
  • Experience :

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in supervisory or managerial position required.
  • Skills :

  • Good computer skills / knowledge of MS Office required
  • Excellent English and Arabic language required
  • Strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates a team work approach and leadership qualities
  • Delegates tasks for meeting deadlines
  • Detailed and result oriented
  • Motivates and empowers team to contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
