Business Analyst - Toyota Head Office Al Futtaim - Dubai
Reports to : Senior Manager Brand Content and Strategic Planning
Direct Reports : NA
Department : Marketing
Location : Dubai
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge :
Bachelor’s Degree with educational background in Finance or Accounting
Minimum Experience :
Minimum 5 years work experience
Non-automotive is acceptable
Experience in budget controlling
SAP expertise is a must
Job-Specific Skills :
Computer skills (SAP, Tableau, Excel, etc.)
Analytic skills and detail oriented
Behavioural Competencies :
Ability to work long hours in a high pressure environment
A team player
Able to build strong relationships
2. JOB PURPOSE :
To provide support and coordination to the Marketing Team on :
o Support in preparation and submission of Toyota Marketing Budget.
o Marketing Budget tracking
o Tracking all committed cost and managing the budget report
o PR / PO filer and approver in Ariba
o Monthly Campaign code reconciliation with the respective Marketing teams
o Handling of SAP requests (mainly PR & PO) for Marketing & Brand
o Tracking open POs and provision releases on a monthly basis
o Support in preparation of budget forecasts 3+9, 6+6 and 9+3.
o Monthly Finance forecast every 19th of the month or earlier
o Monthly Finance Report (MFR) every 2nd Thursday of the month
