You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Food and Beverage division in line with Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations.
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible to function as the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, overlooking diverse collection of outlets (Signature Restaurants, All Day Dining Restaurants, Pool Service, Lobby Lounge and Room Service).
Ensuring that this revenue centres operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. and a minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar position.
