What you will bedoing :
Assist in leading, mentoring andtraining the Restaurant team in the hotel and Expo site.
Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure that Accorbrand standards are maintained.
Liaise withkitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visualappeal.
You will need to have a passion fora great customer service and be able to ensure that every guestexperience counts .
To be aware of thecontent of all menu items and to ensure your team is also fullycompetent
Seek opportunities to improve theguest experience by gaining feedback to improve restaurantservices
Your experience and skills include :
Service focused personality is essential and apassion for everything food and beverage
Previous experience in a similar leadership role isimportant.
Strong interpersonal andproblem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
Strong communication skills with the guests andteam members.
