We are looking to recruit for an experienced Vice President of Learning to join a large, well-respected organisation in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate is someone that has a Financial Services / Investment background.

As a VP of Learning, you are expected to have a strong experience in independently running TNA processes.

  • Overseeing the implementation of a new LMS.
  • Designing, developing and delivering trainings to a headcount of around 800.
  • Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Finance, IT or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience
  • Must have a background working in Financial Services, Banking or Investments industry
  • Must have experience in leading Training Needs Analysis
  • Must have experience designing & implementing leadership development programs
  • Must have experience implementing LMS
  • EXPATs highly encouraged to apply
