Job Role : Sales Manager - EnergySolutions


  • Translating elements of global strategy to the marketconditions and drivers in the region and leading initiatives withthe objective of adapting and Implementing globalstrategy.
  • Driving growth by targeting andwinning key large pursuits. Strong understanding of running a crosscountry sales pursuit process.
  • Scanning themarket for potential customers (EPC’s, End Users) bothdomestic and export for the Cluster (UAE, Bahrain, Pakistan, Iraq)and engaging in a strategic dialogue with the customer with theobjective of developing a long-term relationship with thecustomer.
  • Leading the sales process in searchof large and strategic project in collaboration with the country,regional and global sales team.
  • In-depthknowledge of the Oil & Gas Market specially the Automationand Electrical System with regards to the End Users (Projects UnderPlanning), EPCs (Projects under Tendering) andConsultants.
  • Developing good understanding ofthe value proposition of ABB.
  • LivingABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which meanstaking responsibility for your own actions while caring for yourcolleagues and the business.
  • Yourbackground

  • A Degreeor Diploma in Electrical, Electronics & ControlEngineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of Oil& Gas Industry in a Senior Sales ManagementRole.
  • Required excellent skills in Customerrelations with mature selling behavior and actively drivediscussions and negotiations to the benefit of the customer and ABBbusiness.
  • Experience in Power & Waterwould be an added advantage.
  • Required strongexperience in selling automation system solutions.
  • Required knowledge and experience of Leading StrategicSales Pursuits and driving Strategy.
  • Requiredgood interpersonal skills.
