Job DescriptionKey Areas of Responsibility :
Responsibilities related to existing clients and their development and prospective clients
Build on the existing key client management organization ensuring retention and expansion of business relationship with the most appointed Large Accounts (key clients and top potentials).
Establish a second to none key client organization that can drive and deliver prospective client and sales targets.
Ensure that job-descriptions, personal development plans and performance reviews are carried-out for each member of the key account management team.
Create an environment within the Large Accounts organization tolerating zero defect and monitor the absolute adherence to agreed client Service Level Agreements through pre-
agreed Key performance Indicators.
Ensure that strategic supply chain development plans are documented and agreed with the key clients
Drive the sales development of solutions supporting our large accounts (key clients) business and reduce their supply chain costs while maximizing our share of wallet assisted by Solution Sales.
Develop deep and senior relationships with existing and future key clients and expand / develop our business engagement with these clients.
Develop case study and actively share and use best practice available in the global CDM / key client organization.
Meet the employee engagement target and actively ensure a productive and pleasant work environment.
General Management responsibilities.
Approval of Large Accounts development plans (where account controlled within UAE) and proposals and actions for performance management (within parameters of Logistics businesses).
Approval of competence development plans across the sales / large accounts organization and for particular individuals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
TMW2 or similar
Successful Sales experience in the Middle East
Fluent spoken and written English
Hindi if possible
