Maintain executive s agenda and assist inplanning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
Attend meetings and keep minutes
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them whenappropriate
Handle and prioritize all outgoingor incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packagesetc.)
Make travel arrangements forexecutives
Handle confidential documentsensuring they remain secure
Prepare invoices orfinancial statements and provide assistance inbookkeeping
Monitor office supplies andnegotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effectiveorders
Maintain electronic and paper recordsensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports asassigned.
