Come prepared to be encouraged and inspired.What You'll DoYou will be responsible for growing Cisco's Cloud, Infrastructure & Software business in our MEA Specialist Team.

You'll be responsible for setting and executing the CISG Sales strategy across Operations and Regions. You will assume leadership of a hard-working team of sales specialists, technical solution architects, who develop, drive and close sophisticated CISG deals with MEA Customers.

Who You'll Work WithYou will lead a team of CISG Sales Specialists and TSAs coordinating their work with other sales teams.

Who You AreYou have a minimum of 5 years of selling experience and demonstration of overachievement in demanding environments.

You'll need to collaborate with account teams, finance, field sales, channels, business unit, customer advocacy and marketing personnel.

You will coordinate work with extended team to identify and close opportunities. You will work with executive management to identify specific behaviors, knowledge, and skill areas for focus and evaluation of general sales team.

You'll also develop and drive strategic sales activity and thought leadership around Cloud Networking, Compute and Application solutions through cross-functional collaboration with portfolio sellers, channels, BUs, EMEAR teams and other teams.

Overall objectives and responsibilities : * Develop and execute on a strategic sales plan for the Area* Lead a highly motivated and energized sales team* Be the voice of CISG Sales for MEA* Develop a thorough understanding of the CISG technology portfolio and driven marketplace* Drive forecast accuracy on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis* Partner with other sales specialist leaders to align industry focused solutions for your customers.

  • Other expectations include : * Develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements* Get personally involved in the biggest, most difficult sales opportunities* Develop executive relationships across the customer base* Assist account teams in efficiently packaging, pricing, and presenting solution to customer, including return on investment and value proposition* Education and Work Experience : Requires BS / BA or equivalent* Experienced with Strategic Account Planning and Consultative Sales* Demonstrated ability to understand and interact with senior level management CXO levels* The ability to craft comprehensive datacenter solutions and to articulate business benefits for those solutions is required* Expert verbal and written communication, including executive-level formal and informal presentation skills* Cross-functionally aligned with the following organizations : Advanced Services, Other vertically focused or technology focused teams, Sales leadership (OD, RM, SSEM, SEM) and MarketingWhy Cisco#WeAreCisco, where each person is unique, but we bring our talents to work as a team and make a difference powering an inclusive future for all.
