Scrum Master in CRM Dynamics
Digital Team is expanding their squad and looking for a motivated Scrum Master to deliver new projects and initiatives.
Should have hands-on role in managing the Scrum process within software development teams.
Should help their teams adopt and improve on the Scrum methodology.
Should be able to coach their teams to higher levels of maturity by continually improving their process, and ensuring that they adhere to the Scrum framework.
Should have above average communication and facilitation skills, are well organized, and exhibit above average follow-up and follow-through skills.
Should be able to facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution.
Remove impediments : Should do everything to remove obstacles that are preventing the team from accomplishing sprint goals.
Radiate information : Should make sure that all information needed to ensure the team’s progress and successes are highly visible to all stakeholders, including the team itself (e.
g. backlogs, burn down / up charts, etc.)
Support the Product Owner : Should assist the Product Owner, through communicating updates and removing impediments, assisting with backlog and release plan, etc.
Improve the team’s engineering practices and tools as needed : Should make sure teams have the tools and know-how they need to succeed.
Provide guidance and direction to the team to ensure effective and continuous delivery pipeline with the appropriate level of automation.
Plan and manage the risks, issues, costs and schedule following the Agile framework and principles;
Required Skills :
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Banking Domain
Minimum of 5 years of experience as Scrum Master, leading technical teams in delivering CRM solutions
10 years of experience with SDLC Agile practices and leading complex product delivery in a large cross functional organization;
Experience facilitating the scrum practices (leading ceremonies, empowering teams, identifying coaching opportunities)
Strong communication, presentation, documentation and negotiation skills.
High level of computer literacy; ability to learn new tools and products quickly
Understanding and experience with broad technical skills across multiple domains (Technology, Information, Process, Applications, etc.)
Must have experience working with geographically distributed teams
Excellent skills with ability to influence multiple levels in the organization
A skilled facilitator that is creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
Experience with the Atlassian suite of products : JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo
Education / Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a similar field is required.
Must Professional Certification :
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Scrum Master Certification (Mandatory)
