  • Manage thereception area and telephone calls, both incoming as well asoutgoing
  • Welcome and attend to customers andvisitors in a proper manner
  • Maintain theavailability and control of office stationary and the relatedconsumables based on the office needs
  • Maintainmaterial requisitions as well as delivery notes
  • Handle all office mails
  • Ensure thereception area is kept clean at all times
  • Job Qualifications andExperience

  • Degree orDiploma in Business Administration, Office Management or itsequivalent
  • Practical experience in the same orsimilar position required
  • Good communicationand interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizingabilities
  • Strong knowledge of officemanagement and administration
  • Good computerapplication knowledge required
  • Should bepresentable and good looking
  • Only femaleIndian, African, Nepalese, Russian, Sri Lankan or Pakistanicandidates are required
