Job Role : Consulting, Operations SeniorManager

Professional skills andresponsibilities for this management level include but are notlimited to :

  • Proactively managingstakeholders both internally and externally to create positiveoutcomes for all parties.
  • Lead on partnercommunications for Consulting M&C to enhance knowledge andunderstanding of Consulting activities and value among partnersacross the cluster.
  • Support external communications whenrequired.

  • Lead on the delivery of our regularplanned and ad hoc internal communications, for example, theConsulting Report ensuring they drive key strategic objectives forConsulting.
  • Seek out different ways to usecurrent and relevant technological advances, as well as deployingmethods to keep up and stay ahead of new developments
  • Take ownership for developing professional networks thathelp deliver what is best for stakeholders.
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and businessconduct.
  • Developing and implementingtransformation projects, change management and business processimprovement initiatives.
  • Required Skills

  • Broad business experience
  • Wide-ranging internal and external communicationsexperience, including with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to create, implement and deliver audience,channel and content strategies.
  • Excellentwriting and editorial skills, and proven ability to plan, manageand deliver projects.
  • Strong stakeholdermanagement and demonstrable influencing skills particularly withvery senior leadership; proven track record of working withincomplex stakeholder networks.
  • Issues andcrisis comms management experience with sound judgement andpolitical awareness
  • A strong problem-solverand able to work calmly under pressure.
  • Strongproject management skills; ability to handle multiple projectssimultaneously and deliver projects on time, sometimes to strictdeadlines
  • Comfortable managing and leadingpeople including being able to delegate effectively andappropriately
  • A strong understanding ofbusiness and current affairs including a thorough knowledge of theeconomic, political and business drivers impacting the ConsultingLoS and professional services in particular.
