employee to achieve their career goals and beyond Its an exciting journey were on and one you could be part of What we are looking for Client Relations Manager LEVEL Shoes You will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening a strong relationship with existing clients and implementing initiatives to prospect and attract new clients You will also be providing Clients with the ultimate instore experience and mentoring our Sales team What youll do Organizational Follow all relevant Retail policies processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner Operational Implement activities under minimal supervision Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case issue is closed efficiently and in timely a manner Events Activities Act as a point of contact for all Clients Coordinate the selection of clients hospitality programs hosting for international regional projects such as fashion shows highend events and corporate exceptional experiences Support Business Development teams with definition of strategic creative guest experiences alongside the Events team or external third parties as appropriate Work with Business Development teams to identify and send top clients to relevant exceptional experiences matching guests interests and develop their loyalty to the brand Develop new contacts with top clients having same interests and define specific animations Stay aware of market trends and competitors activity analysing and recommending areas for business development and improvement Provide regular and consistent analysis feedback for continuous improvement of top client knowledge Work on improving client segmentation profiling and targeting for any action in order to recruit new high potential clients Exercise cost control activities and budgeting for all activities monitor results profitability of all actions Brands Partnerships Build up a consistent partnership plan in all Countries to develop new clientele Nurture and develop relationship with PAs stylists concierges to generate business Provide regular analysis feedback for continuous improvement monitor results Instore Client Experience Define gifting strategy for Clients Develop new hospitality services in collaboration with Consumer Innovation Strategies Ensure stakeholder standards are applied and maintained at all times across the client experience Train support store team on private appointments and qualitative data capture Reporting Generate monthly reports on current client database newly admitted clients private appointments booked personal shoppers and gifting REQUIREMENTS What you need to succeed in this role We see success in the role as having a strong knowledge of the luxury consumer the competitive landscape of the luxury industry and an indepth understanding of the evolving media and digital landscape in order to drive the brand vision regionally and globally constantly elevating our ability to acquire new customers retaining existing customers and continuing to drive sales in the luxury lifestyle category through consumable content More specifically we would love to hear from you if you can say yes to the below Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity as a Client Specialist or Brand Ambassador Confident with surprising and delighting our guests in store Solid customer focus and attention to detail A strategic and creative mindset to constantly attract retain and grow clients database A passion for people and fashion Strong communication skills and the ability to lead develop and coach team members A natural at building relationships and networking Arabic is an added advantage Ready to join our exciting transformation to
