You will lead a team of internal and externalBusiness Analysts and work collaboratively with Business Analysts,Developers, Consultants, IT Business Relationship Managers / ITBusiness Partners and the Business.

You will also participate insoftware selections, vendor selections, initiate and drivePOC's and Business cases, and will be responsible forproject assessments.

We need someone with proven experiencedelivering projects in the Finance area of a Retail operation. Whatyou'll be doing : Lead the Business Analysis team : oFacilitate the institution of the team structure and roles, hiringand on-boarding Business Analysts and ensuring resource fit andtalent allocation.

o Manage employee & team performance bydefining objectives and performance KPIs and conducting performancereviews. o Monitor demand and solution requests and projectprogress.

o Manage escalations related to Business Analysis. oInstitute standards for Business Analysis, embracing methodologies,KPIs, requirements and tools.

o Ensure Business Analysts areeffectively certified and / or trained. Provide Business Analysisfunctional expertise : o Contribute in planning and maturingcompany-wide IT strategies.

o Engage with key Business and ITstakeholders to categorize changing business priorities andrequirements and establish new processes and technology to boostthe Business Analysis service contribution.

o Lead the promotion ofcost & benefit analysis, feasibility studies, business casedevelopment and risk assessments for the Technology projects.

Business Analysis and System Design : o Lead the functional stream -Finance. o Define the sales and finance reconciliation process forall projects.

o Automate the sales and finance reconciliationprocess. o Translate the business requirements into projectspecifications.

o Interact with business leads to gatherrequirements - collaborate with the technical. development team onsolution design, test, re-work and signoff, and work with businessleads to implement the solution developed.

o Show initiative andcreativity in developing innovative solutions or processes toadvise business users. o Participate in relevant projects andcommunity activities as and when needed.

o Provide solution inputs,design & document the overall solution including Blueprint,Functional Designs, Process Workbooks and Configuration documentsincluding any other project related deliverables as assigned by thePM.

Ensure on-going maintenance of those documents throughout theproject cycle. o Review, analyze, and document existing systems andprocedures.

o Plan, implement, test and troubleshoot enhancementsof current solutions or new software systems in line with theindustry best practices.

o Manage business user trainings andsolution adoption. o Manage post go live support for definedsolutions and ensure smooth transition to the operations team forbusiness as usual support.

  • o Identify opportunities for improvementvia detailed analysis and understanding of overall business andsystems structure, whilst maintaining the integrity of a single'
  • Group' solution. o Assess new solutions, lead onsolution assessment based on business needs o Prepare the effortestimates for projects.

    o Communicate effectively with peers,managers, internal customers, vendors, consultants, and theBusiness

    Requirements

    Whatyou'll need to succeed : o Previousexperience in IT Business Analysis or IT Business Consulting(minimum 10 years).

    o Strong knowledge of Business Analysismethodologies and tools. Formal BA qualification (e.g. CBAP) is aplus. o Familiarity with Business Process improvement.

    o Strongskills on team leadership and team development. o Strong skills infacilitation, negotiation and problem resolution.

    o Demonstratedability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks / projects. oKnowledge of current trends and innovations in the Technologyworld.

    o Proven track record of project delivery, and number ofprojects delivered to the business. o Business acumen with in-depthunderstanding of Retail business operation flows is a must.

    Experience in Fashion and Beauty industry is a plus. o Oracle EBSFinance experience is a must. o ERP end to end implementationexperience is a must.

    o Knowledge of Enterprise Architecturemethodologies is a plus. o Experience in Project Management. Formalqualification (e.
