to-day operations of human resources related tasks KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist to establish and maintain HR policies procedures Maintain and upkeep Internal Rules and Regulations Coordinate with PRO for visa UAE ID and other immigration related work Maintain update staff database and personal files Help to maintain employee record attendance Leave air ticket medical and insurance records Maintain and upkeep records for the renewal of company trade license lease agreement establishment and immigration card and companys owned leased vehicle Liaise with recruitment companies to fill a position Help screen application shortlist candidates Ensure background and reference check performed as part of hiring procedure when relevant Conduct training needs analysis and follow-

up on training execution implementation Ensure a high-degree of confidentiality of matters and correspondences Screen shortlist select preparation of offer letter and contracts local and overseas Arrange Induction Program and prepare HR Manual Prepare monthly payroll Liaise with DAFZA Security and Facility Head for the issuance staffs initial gate pass car stickers parking slots Properly disseminate HR Policies within the company Assist Managing Director to take decisions on various HR matters pertaining to the salary increment promotion departmental transfer issuance of various HR letters employee grievances etc ProfileEssential Required Skills Knowledge Good oral written skills in English Strong computer skills in MS Word Excel and Outlook Good communication negotiation skill Excellent English communication skills knowledge of Arabic preferredRequired Work Experience At least 1 to 2 years of experience in HR in UAE Required Qualifications Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law is mandatory Required Behavioral Skills Strong cultural awareness skills and adaptability Must have the ability to work in a fast-

paced changing business environment Ensure that transactions are completed in an accurate and timely manner Meticulous with strong analytical skills Goal oriented motivated self-
