About The Company We are one of the leading Gold Diamond Supply Value Chain Conglomerates with headquarters in Dubai and sister companies under the umbrella operating globally with 20 years of success growth and innovation and an expansive operations network across the globe At present the Company is in the process of integrating blockchain technology in its business ecosystem consisting of upstream midstream and downstream value chain operations for enhanced transparency and traceability leading towards tokenization in the future We are looking for an organized Filipino Administrative Coordinator with exceptional soft skills and communication skills to handle office duties and adminrelated operations In this role you will field interdepartmental communications perform office tasks respond to communications support the marketing team with basic content writing and oversee all administrative tasks for the Company The Role Responsibilities As an Administrative Coordinator you will Schedule and confirm meetings with clients via phone and email greet visitors and direct them to to the appropriate parties Handle basic office duties such as answering and routing phones responding to emails data entry streamlining communication and resources drafting minutes of the meeting and reports or any other content tasks assigned by the management Write content writing for letters memos invitations and other business correspondence as assigned by the management and assist the marketing team excellent MS Word PowerPoint Excel skills required Support employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties Ensure that the office is wellmaintained organized and secure Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines yet remain flexible and motivated Multitask and manage coordination and administrative tasks for projects and companies
