TheLeasing Executive, we at Al Misk is named as Relationship Manager,and so the responsibility does not end with Leasing.
We believe theRelationship Manager to be the Owners Representative in thebuilding and thus the responsibilities surpass the normal LeasingExecutive.
Major Responsibilities are as listed below
In coordination with Marketing Team &Leasing Manager, plan advertisement,campaigns and activities toincrease fool fall in the building from prospectivetenants
Greet prospective tenants when theywalk-in and introduce them to the types of units available as wellas the property’s amenities
Persuadeand Motivate the Customer to lease the apartment / unit in thebuilding
Ensure property is rented to fullestcapacity
Inspect the vacant units &building appearance along with Refurbishment Team and ensurerepairs are noted and completed on a timely basis.
This requiresregular inspections and tours.
Assure quality andquantity of lease ready apartments.
Ensure that leaseready apartments are walked daily and communicate any servicerelated needs to maintenance.
Source and buildrelationships with prospective clients to expand businessopportunities
Maintain a positive andproductive relationship with tenants
Establish rapportwith tenants so they always feel valued and appreciated
Act as liaison between Tenants and Al MiskProperties
Oversee common amenities and areasin the property are well maintained
Executeleases with new and renewal tenants after ensuring that all partiesunderstand the terms and conditions of the contract
Deal with tenant concerns, requests, questions andcomplaints in a timely manner ensure residentsatisfaction
Ensure current resident files areproperly maintained
Ensure all administrativepaperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on a timelybasis
Implement resident retention programs asdecided by the management
Ensure that allcustomer / service requests are recorded and communicatedappropriately
Flag & Notify thecompany about any service issues which affects / affected customersatisfaction
Keep update on the market trendsin the area, and notify the Marketing Team and LeasingManager
1+ years’ Experience inProperty Leasing Market in UAE
Proficient inPowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word etc.
Communication & Negotiation Skills
Bilingual ( English & Arabic)
UAE Driving License will be an added advantage
