About the role
You are responsible for the management, and administration of alltasks that been assigned by the Home Delivery Manager in order toensure flexibility in the department and meet customer expectationregarding the process of delivering the products and assemblingthem in short period.
Key SpecificAccountabilities :
Assisting the Home Delivery Manager in controlling andmanaging the execution of pre-determined tasks within the homedelivery department.
Ensuring that the stocksavailable in the warehouse are sufficient to meet the delivery andassembly requirements.
Preparing appropriateplans and schedules in order to meet Deliver and Assemblyneeds.
Assisting the home delivery manager inpreparing the annual budget for delivery / assembly needs and goodsflow based on the projected annual sales targetsprovided.
Maintaining the KPI reports andpreparing an action plan for those areas of concerns.
Preparing the daily delivery and assembly schedule basedon the previous day's sales and backlog.
People Management andDevelopment
Motivating the homedelivery staff towards achievement of work objectives. Support thehome delivery team to achieve their objectives by ensuring theyunderstand the company business plan and objectives.
Be Train the Trainer for the HD department and ensure allthe co-workers in the department are trained in Product Knowledge,customer service training, Concept training, H&Strainings.
Support the home delivery managerin managing the team by participating with their recommendationsduring the Probationary period reviews and annuallyreviews.
Monitor attendance of the homedelivery co-workers and monitor sickness and other absenceslevels.
Act as Payroll administrator and be a superuser for the Staff Management System and generate the schedulesusing the system.
