The FM will be responsible forproviding, maintaining and developing a multitude of servicesincluding security and health & safety.
Such services rangefrom property strategy, building, infrastructure and facilitiesmaintenance, space management, communications, administration andcontract management for a number of outsourced engineering,maintenance and cleaning service providers.
TheFM will have to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities, and beable to handle multiple and often conflicting priorities.
The FMalso has to develop and maintain standard operating procedures,emergency response plans, preventive and predictive maintenanceprogrammes and all technical documentation.
Soft ServiceManagement :
Management of planned, reactive andincidental works delivery for security, safety, traffic,housekeeping, waste management and pest control.
Responsible forimplementing soft services plan for DFC properties by directingteam in routine and scheduled jobs; ensuring compliance to setstandards and carrying out regular inspection, with the objectiveof enforcing adherence to safety standards and customersatisfaction with in allotted budget.
