You will be working as a Hub Business Line (HBL) - Cyber & Safety Security Leader and will be part of the Industrial Automation Business for Energy industries Business Line based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab of Emirates.
In this role you will be reporting to HBL Digital Manager and will be responsible for defining and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the assigned segment in order to achieve ABB market penetration and growth aspirations.

Taking sales ownership of named large enterprise customers in digital transformation context.
Leading enterprise sales pursuits through their sales cycle, across customer’s decision makers starting from C-level to managers in IT, Digital and Operations Technology Management.
Establishing a deep understanding of our customers business and solution needs in digital transformation context and identify & drive ABB’s desired role in development.
Integrating digital solutions portfolio in enterprise wide digital context that utilize existing ABB solutions in integrated manner with co-creation with the customer.
Leading Cyber Security portfolio activities across the Hub Business Line, which will include market development, identification of opportunities, supporting teams to mature the opportunities to closure, and accomplishing financial targets for the Hub Business Line.
Working in a boundary-less fashion across ABB businesses, functions and geographical footprints.
Assessing market trends, customers, competitors, industries, applications and country analyses to identify and realize opportunities with existing and potential new customers within the target segment.

A Bachelor degree in Engineering (electrical, automation, computer, etc).
A Minimum 10 years of professional experience from digital solutions or software sales.
Knowledgeable in the Cyber Security space.
Previous experience from one of the ABB industry segments is highly appreciated, passion for digital business and excel in enterprise sales.
Excellent understanding of complex concepts and ability to translate in a way that businesses or industry can understand, comfortable to operate in multi-vendor customer relationships.
Willingness to travel in IMEA region.
Fluent English both spoken and written.
