Job Description :
Support the strategic planning process, including evaluating the market environment, competitive position, performance relative to customer expectations, capabilities and operational / financial performance
Drive strategic initiatives through the formulation of strategic programs; devise KPIs to track management of the programs
Enable smooth partnership on-boarding from deal closure to go-live by performing multiple activities and driving cross-functional teams
Provide oversight and visibility to strategic programs, e.g. operational metrics, performance statistics, goal progression, etc.
