Sales Manager Volvo Trucks I FAMCO I AUH

We are currently looking to recruit experienced Sales Manager for Volvo Trucks to work from our Dubai or Abu Dhabi based operation.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks :

  • Achieve monthly / annual sales targets and other sales KPIs
  • Provide a regular feedback on the market & competitors' activities
  • Enhance customer base in the designated area
  • Achieve and maintain high CSI score
  • Pro-actively engage to grow Volvo Truck business
  • Work closely with the sales admin, marketing and after-sales staff as a good team player and provide support whenever required
  • Work within the parameters of company guidelines
  • Maintain a high level of integrity while performing the above functions
  • To be considered for this position you will have the following experience :

  • 5 to 10 years of practical experience in trucks industry.
  • 5 years supervisory or managerial experience within a franchised dealer
  • Strong team player, willing to learn and enhance product knowledge
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages, SAP is plus
  • Fluent English communication skills, Arabic is plus
