At the moment we're looking for Assistant ClubInterContinental Manager to join our energetic and enthusiastic teamof InterContinental Dubai Marina .
The hotel is one of Dubai's five star luxury properties in the heart of thecity with 328 rooms, flexible event space and full service Spa.
With over 30languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together aninternational five star presence with Mediterranean charm.
You’llbe responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in handling guestcomplaints, and follows up on corrective action.
You will be utilizing yourinterpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage theteam members to advocate smooth business operations.
You will Serves as a rolemodel to demonstrate appropriate behaviors. You will be responsible to manage everydayoperations, ensuring the quality and standards are meeting the expectations ofthe guests on a daily basis.
Youwill provide Support in handling guest complaints and resolving grievances andconflicts in any occurs. You will also be responsible of implementing the guestrecognition / loyalty programs.

Ideally, you'll have aminimum 3 years’ experience in a hotel front office department with aminimum 1 year experience as Assistant Club Lounge Manager with a hands on style, who understands and can deliver onthe expectations of luxury from a guest perspective and demonstratedfinancial results within similar size hotel operation.
You'll haveexcellent customer relations, problem solving and time management skills, havea working knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Opera andan understanding of point of sales systems such as Micros.
