We are currently looking to recruit Accounts Assistant who will support the Collection team to ensure that company receives premium payments and properly records the transactions by posting receipts and resolving discrepancies according to the established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Carry out collection and reporting activities according to the specific guidelines.
  • Collect amounts receivable by sending statement of accounts, reminders and communication with customers, brokers and agents.
  • Reconciliation of statement of accounts.
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
  • Perform other related works that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Qualifications Required :

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Commerce or related field
  • At least 3 years of work experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Must have a working knowledge in ERP and advanced Excel
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Insurance experience will be an added advantage

  • Note : -

    You must have been an Al-Futtaim employee for at least 18 months in order to be considered.
