We are currently recruiting for a talented eCommerce Key Account Manager to join our growing team, on a day to day basis :

  • You will be the expert on the e-account by building a formidable relationship to drive agreed business growth and turnover
  • You will be responsible for business and market development and scope out opportunities for growth and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share
  • You will innovate and activate key launches, campaigns and collaborations with marketing and digital for impactful brand presence leading to business
  • You will ensure right presence on brands across top skus to ensure discoverability, build customer experience through brand pages under eTailers and product page details and compelling reasons to drive purchase
  • You will do market intelligence and competitive landscape mapping
  • You will innovate presence and utility of tech and digital where relevant
  • You will investigate / manage look into potential DTC opportunities
  • You analyze partners in terms of development potential, profitability, sales revenues and you develop and implement the necessary plans of action.
  • You build a sustainable relationship with existing accounts. Answering day to day client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • You analyze the results of the sales in depth to jointly develop new ways to optimize the performance of the accounts
  • You gather cross-functional inputs, in order to determine company-wide opportunity values.
  • You support the development of e-commerce and omni-channel strategies
  • Key Deliverables

  • Business delivery of turnover and market share as agreed
  • Onsite presence for top SKUs availability and right presence
  • Innovate and animate key launches through marketing and digital plans with e-tailers
  • Key Competencies

  • Knowledge of FMCG, FMCG marketing specifically would be preferred
  • Circa three years of experience in e-commerce and business development
  • Understanding of digital and tech is key
  • Analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel
  • Proactive, flexible and adaptable to rapid change
  • Hands-on mentality, not afraid to tackle administrative tasks in order to develop accounts
  • Strong eye for detail

  • Key Relationships

  • Internal Stakeholders E-merchandising, sales planning, digital and brand marketing, supply chain, finance, global and regional ecommerce teams
  • External Stakeholders E-tailer buying and category teams, etailer marketing and content teams, supply chain and finance teams
