Charterhouse is working with an international health insurance company based in Dubai who is looking to hire a to expand the corporate client base for the business and increase sales.
This role involves executing persuasive approaches and pitches to convince potential clients to place new business. You will meet targets for sales by using your in-
depth knowledge of the insurance market, competitors, and the products and services that our client provides to close sales and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
You will implement effective products, services and processes that increase revenue, membership and profitability. The Business Development Executive will attend events and seminars to keep updated on emerging trends in the market, build on your network by meeting potential clients and conducting engaging presentations, as well as connect with brokers and maintain these relationships.
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years’ UAE experience in a B2B sales position ideally within insurance. This role requires a UAE driving licence and a car.
You should already have a strong network of clients and contacts within the industry so you can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be self-
motivated and possess an entrepreneurial spirit to allow you to identify innovative ways to help gain new clients and close sales.
