Essential Functions :
Meet and exceed the Middle East and Africa DCSales and Standard Profit % target.
Assist finance team to exceed the Middle Eastand Africa DSO target.
Maintain develop and cultivate existing customerbase within the territory.
Lead the customer relationship with agreed multicountry operators to ensure that the Eaton scope of supply is expanded
Support the messaging of Eaton’s Tel segmentand position solutions and brand into forting technologies
Improve the working relationship andcommunications flow between BU and CSO (Country Sales Organization) in MiddleEast and Africa.
Manage and ensure that all correspondence technical orcommercial from the region is answered in a timely manner.
Lead the drive to have Eaton’s product specifiedin existing and new operator, integrator and tower builder specifications inthe territories.
Lead technical solutions dialogue with seniorconsultants and operator technical primes.
Determine, co-ordinate and provide product andtechnical training to all accounts and CSO’s within your responsibility, whenappropriate and in agreement with the PQED.
Identify new market segment opportunities andcreate business case to expand.
Ensure you are familiar with thepany’s fullrange of Electrical products.
Ensure familiarity with thepetitors technology,strategy and pricing within the designated channel.
Drive early engagement with clients regardingNPI and ensure that new products meet their annual sales quota within theterritory.
Submit monthly reports to the direct manager ordirected requirement such as sales forecasts, product forecasts andpetitoractivity.
To provide input on the Ma requirements foryour channel in order to meet / exceed the budget requirements.
To prepare annual strategic plans with sales andexpense budgets for your channel.
University Degree in Electrical Engineering,Electronic Engineering,puter Science and / or Business, or equivalentknowledge.
