Reporting to the Concierge Manager, the Concierge Agent is a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs.
Then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-
house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
Anticipate VIP arrivals, familiarize with guests preferences and utilize the guest history program to ensure maximum accuracy and recognition and be a point of contact all along their stay.
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure their requests are fulfilled.
