Key Job Responsibilities
Minimize payroll cost by maximizing the productivity, and efficient scheduling of colleagues
Monitor all kitchen operating costs while taking corrective actions where and when necessary.
Maintain discipline within the department following hotel guidelines and local legislation.
Develop menus and concepts surpassingpetition and cresting business opportunities.
Innovative with attention to details that will generate revenue, and are marketpetitive
Work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage to elicit F&B operations to excellence level.
Possess an internationally recognized qualification or bachelor degree
At least 2 years experience working as executive chef in a luxury hotel in Middle East
Excellentmand of English language , both verbal and written
Goodputer literacy, and familiarization with all luxury hotel systems
