Job Location

Millennium Atriais conveniently located in the heart of Business Bay with easy access to bothInternational Airports and Downtown Dubai, it is a luxury serviced residencecomplexprises studios, and one, two and three bedrooms which are thelargest in the area.

Key Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you areresponsible to implement all sales activities and maximize businessopportunities in your specific area of responsibility under the generalguidance of the Director of Sales.

  • Generate and maintain customersof the corporate segment through various sales activities (face-to-face salescalls, telephone calls, entertainment, site inspections, etc.
  • thus ensurecomplete coverage of own portfolio of accounts and achieve targets and maximumproductivity

  • Formulate and negotiate corporateoffers and yearly contracts and any other required business correspondence
  • Closely Monitor Accounts Revenueand business production for the Corporate Accounts and maintain up to dateAccount & Contact Database in property management system
  • Haveprehensive and up to dateknowledge of all the properties’ unique selling points, features, amenities,services and policies
  • Co-ordinate andmunicate withOutbound Sales Offices with regards to accounts / markets what are serviced bythe Outbound Sales and also produce Sales Leads for other Millennium andCopthorne Hotels outside the coverage area
  • Update the hotels on thenegotiation / progress of every business deal and use the technology availablefor reports,munication and client correspondences
  • Provide feedback to the Directorof Sales on changing market conditions, review directpetition and conductregular research
  • Qualifications

  • Ideallywith a relevant diploma in Hospitality / Tourism or Marketing
  • Minimum 1-2 years of workexperience / training in a 5-star hotel of excellent reputation
  • Excellentmunication skills,good problem solving and interpersonal skills are a must
