Qualification - Any Bachelor’s Degree
Area of Expertise - Promote the company’s products / services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives and Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
Use your BD skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and Present our company to potential clients
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails and Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Stay up-to-date with new products / services and new pricing / payment plans and develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines and Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products / services
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction and Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Report to the Business Development Manager on sales results
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Develop entry-level BD executives into valuable salespeople.
Should have extensive Sales Knowledge in a construction / Infrastructure orgainssation.
Minimum 6 years of relevent experience
