Job Description and Requirements
We are looking for "Recruiters" with a full-cycle recruiting experience; from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring great employees and be responsible for the sales, marketing and business development teams performance.
Candidates will have to ensure that our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline and work with the sales, marketing and business development team to build a strong client pipeline and client conversions.
We are looking for multiple "Recruiters" with full-cycle recruiting experience; from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
Sourcing profiles as per requirements from various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule e.
g. Job portals Head Hunting Database and social networking sites such as LinkedIn Facebook Twitter etc Personal contacts and referrals and huge database.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.Conduct interviews. Short listing aspirants based on requirements.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Prepare Offer Letters. Knowledgeable of labour laws.
Onboard new employees. Manage the employees. Be responsible for performance of employees.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Note : The Recruiters (HR) team are the foundation of the organization. The HR team builds a strong Sales, Marketing and Business Development team that acts as pillars of the organization.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter in a small to medium sized company
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
Result oriented professional
Desire to learn, deliver and prove themselves for growth and advancement.
Degree in Human Resources Management (Preferable)
Have own visa e.g. Husband or Father visa
