The Guest Services Assistant / Executive (Front Desk Agent) is the main point of contact for our guests from arrival until departure, handling all enquiries throughout their stay in a friendly and efficient manner while always striving to exceed their expectations.

Education : Completed secondary school education or equivalent Hotel-related education
Experience : Needs to have a minimum of one year experience in the Front office department of a five star hotel, ideally in the United Arab Emirates or the Middle East.

Grooming : All colleagues must maintain a neat, and well groomed appearance (specific standards will be provided)
