You as a HUB PG Capacitors & Filters Marketing & Sales Manager MENA will be a part of the Power Grids division which delivers products, systems, service and software solutions as part of its comprehensive power & automation offering for the grid across the power value chain -
serving utility, industry, transportation and infrastructure customers.As a HUB PG Capacitors & Filters Marketing & Sales Manager MENA you will be accountable for executing the strategic growth plan (marketing and sales) in the region, ensuring that the Capacitors and Filters unit substantially increases sales, margins, market share and customer satisfaction.
Proactively lead, develop and coach the sales organization in the respective countries to exceed the sales growth targets through high performance.
Conduct marketing activities and market analyses using all available marketing tools for existing and potential products for assigned markets.

Evaluation of potential new and existing markets and their needs and ensures proactive sales approach with a focus on solutions to meet customer needs within the territory
Drives and supports local Sales organizations to ensure achievement of sales volume and product mix targets.

Drives and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
Ideally you should have an Engineering degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience within energy sector preferably with knowledge about power quality.
Knowledge of Middle East & North Africa Utility and Industry requirements is a plus. Results orientation and ability to adapt to changing market conditions to meet business goals.
Ability to lead and manage regional teams to successful outcome.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral is required with fluency in English and Arabic and / or French is preferred.
