Based on the solution segment strategy build and drive Account Strategy, transform it in a comprehensive value proposal for the customer.
Propose yearly an operational plans including business objectives and short term actions, as per model of Strategy
Grow the business through active management of each Capex & OPEX opportunities local / international. Proactively develop the business on installed base (Opex : Services, Retrofit, Maintanence Programes...)
Manage Opportunity portfolio proactively in permanent relation with segment solution team to maximize business scope
Maximize Services scope within key account and affiliates through a detailed & consistent action plan in coordination with Businesses and solution segment.
Ensure promotion and deployment of O&G Segment new solutions in coordination with Solution Application Eng.
Drive efficiently current partnerships. Build potential advanced partnership or cooperation in other core SE business domains.
Manage the account budget based on the annual objectives.
Go for C-level network connection inside the account structure from EXCOM to head of technical regional offices.
Act for lobbying by the Schneider Executive VPs. Use the Executive Management when necessary to leverage internal and external networking.
Coordinate network in all the target countries involved in customers business and projects. Act as Account leader.
Propose annually an Account Planning from Strategy to Action to the management.
Report monthly business highlights, the key facts, towards country management, and solution segment.
Report quarterly, through activity report sales, costs, C-Level contacts, key actions status and next quarter action plan (including AP in third countries).
Report and manage a Pipeline through BFO tool to the Line Manager .
Work along with IB Team & FSR team to create the opportunities and run Successfully the " Demand generation program ".
Work closely with the FSR team to create more FSR lead generation .
Directly Create ,Manage ,Negotiate and close the Opportunities with support of Management & Tendering team .
7 - 10 years of Sales experience with customers in the O&G, Energy, Infrastructure, Power Gen or other General Industries and / or experience in Low and Medium Voltage Equipment &
System would be preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
Ability to leverage partnerships to drive the strategic plan. Consistently demonstrates alignment to organizational strategy to advance opportunities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present their views in a clear and compelling manner
